Negotiation

We can either:

• Coach and support you to negotiate directly with another party to a contract, dispute, policy matter etc. and assist you to prepare your case and allied documentation.
• represent you at any negotiation by completing all preparatory work, presenting your case and responding to the claims of the other party.

Advocacy

• We can represent you at arbitrations and similar tribunals and hearings.
• In full consultation with you we will complete all the prepartory work (writing pleadings, arranging witnesses, preparing evidence etc.) required to ensure that you are fully and professionally represented at any hearing.
